We coordinate these through our own established trade partners who work with us consistently, not strangers brought in off a call list. That means accountability, quality control, and no scheduling surprises for you.
Do you do the design, or do I need to hire a separate designer?
Design is included in our process. Our in-house designer meets with you, listens to how you want to use the space, and creates a custom 3D design — you see the finished basement on screen before we lift a hammer. No need to hire or coordinate a separate architect or designer.
What if I find moisture issues during the project?
Moisture needs to be addressed before any finishing begins — and we check for it during our initial consultation. If waterproofing work is needed, we'll flag it in the proposal with clear pricing. Building over a moisture problem is a recipe for mold and rework, which is why we don't skip this step.
